There will be 8 classes in a calendar month. if at all there are 31 days in that month, 9th class
will be holiday. No extra class or fee adjustment will be done. We take fees for 8 classes only.

Fees are on monthly basis and NOT level wise. Monthly fees have been communicated to you at the time
of joining

Fees are to be paid by 5th of every month. In case of failure to pay the fees by 7th of the month
after follow up messages and calls from Admin team, breakout room will not be assigned to the
student. This is to ensure that there are no unnecessary calls and messages to parents for fees.

If a student remains absent for a particular class, there will not be any follow up class or fee
adjustment.

If a class has been cancelled by Triumph Chess Academy (hereafter mentioned as TCA), the class will
be rescheduled. There will be no fee adjustment in case the student is unable to attend the
rescheduled class.

Daily/ Weekly/ weekend tournaments are for practise and are free of cost (not calculated in fees).
The tournaments are purely for practice and not compulsory. However, we do encourage students to
participate in as many tournaments as possible.

Students/Parents should not ask for coach’s contact number or speak with coaches directly for any
non-coaching related subject. All communication needs to be done with Admin team or Management team.
